To install:

1) The server must already be running Spamassassin's spamd.

2) The web server should be running Apache and PHP.

3) The path to Spamassassin's spamc should be /usr/bin/spamc.
If this is not the path, edit index.html to change the path.

4) The installed docroot should be '/spamcheck'. If this is not
the installed docroot, edit index.html and change the location.
